Product Description

EPE extruding machine(Epe Foam Sheet Extruder), also known as epe foam extruder, epe extruders, epe extruding production line, pe foam sheet extrusion line.it is mainly used to make epe foam sheets. It melts LDPE resins and then mix it with butane, talcum powder, anti-shrinkage additive and other additives, then extrude it by the extruder and then foam it at the mould part. Later the foamed products pass the shaping circles and get the size we want, finally we roll the sheets.
If you use our EPE foam sheet extruder, you can get products with the lowest density of 14kg/m3 while some of our competitors make products with density of 20kg/m3.
Assuming that you make 16kg/m3 products with our machine while your competitors make 20kg/m3 products. To make the same one ton of material, you can get 62.5m3 of products (1000kg ÷ 16kg/m3) while your competitor can get only 50m3 of products. (1000kg ÷ 20kg/m3). In this way, you can produce 12.5m3 more of products. That means you can get more profit of 12.5m3.
Of course, you can adjust the machine to make different densities of products. You can also make the same density products as your competitors if you want.

EPE Foam (Expanded Polyethylene Foam)
EPE foam sheet is a degradable new type of packing material, it is flexible, shock proof so it has excellent performance of decompression and shock resistance.
Products are not only protected from damage by water, but also by chemicals, fungus and static. The superior properties of Expanded Polyethylene Foam along with its abilities to absorb a large amount of shock, give rise to it as a necessity when handling and shipping products.

EPE Foam (Expanded Polyethylene Foam) Application:
Packing and cushioning material for light electrical applicants and precision machine parts.
Packing and cushioning material for glass and ceramics.
Surface protective material for stainless steel product, plated product and aluminium construction material
Thermal insulating for the roof and air condition
Air leaks in a PE foam net machine can show up in two very different places: the compressed-air/pneumatic side (cutters, clamps, winders, regulators) and the extrusion side (physical foaming gas such as butane, or air drawn into the melt). Both hurt product quality-pneumatic leaks cause erratic cutting and pressure drops, while gas-side leaks ruin cell structure and create collapsed or coarse netting. Fixing them starts with correctly identifying which system is leaking.
For the pneumatic circuit of a PE foam net machine, begin with a cold, depressurized inspection. Listen for hissing near the air filter regulator, solenoid valves, cylinder rod ends, and quick couplings. Apply soapy water or a leak-detection spray to every fitting; bubbles reveal the path. The usual culprits are worn O-rings on cylinder rods, loose push-in connectors, cracked polyurethane tubing, and water-logged filters causing the regulator to hunt. Drain the FRL bowl daily, replace hardened O-rings, re-torque fittings to spec, and swap brittle tube sections. Keep line pressure in the 0.4–0.8 MPa band the machine was tuned for; chasing a leak by raising pressure only accelerates seal wear.
On the extrusion and foaming side, a "leak" is rarely air from outside-it is usually butane or blowing-agent gas escaping at the die head, barrel joints, or the high-pressure injection pump seal. Symptoms are uneven mesh, surface pits, large sporadic bubbles, or sudden loss of expansion ratio. Tighten the die-head bolts evenly at operating temperature (not cold), check the breaker plate and screen pack for bypass, and inspect the butane pump packing gland for seepage-replace seals at the first sign of oil/gas film. Also verify the screw cooling water jacket and barrel vent plug: a loose vent cap lets air suck into the melt, mimicking a leak and causing streaky foam.
Cutter and haul-off units on a PE foam net machine often develop air leaks at the pneumatic knife cylinder. If the net length becomes inconsistent, isolate the cylinder by blocking the supply and watching whether the rod drifts-drift means the internal seal is gone and the cylinder must be rebuilt or replaced.
Preventive habits matter most. Log pneumatic pressure before and after each shift, drain accumulators weekly, and during monthly service pull and relubricate the quick-exhaust valves and measuring-head O-rings. Keep spare O-ring kits, a tube cutter, and thread sealant on hand so a five-minute leak does not become a four-hour stoppage.
