Properties of PP vs PE plastic
The properties of PP and PE depend on their chemical structure.
PP is a semi-crystalline polymer, meaning that it has a more ordered structure than PE. This shows PP better strength and durability. On the other hand, PE is a fully amorphous polymer, indicating that it has a less ordered structure. By this, PE is more flexible and easier to process.

Production Process

PP/HDPE Monofilament Yarn Application:
The filament is widely used for mesh bath sponges, rope, net, brush, twine, braided cable sleeve, vegetables/fruits/nuts mesh bag, filter cloth, filter fabrics, cable filling rod, air conditioning filter, filter mesh, etc.

Foam net covers can be used for packaging of fruits, vegetables, flower buds and bottles. Our company has many years of practical experience and professional engineers and technicians, we developed many different sizes and specifications of nets according to market demand.
The EPE foam net extrusion line can produce 700,000-1.2 million Apple nets every 24 hours. The driving motor adopts frequency control. It has advantages of high speed regulation accuracy, low energy consumption and reliable operation.
The power consumption is about 18kwh per hour which can save 50% of electricity, and output is increased more than 30%. In addition, the production line can produce foamed sheets, foamed tubes, foamed rods, foamed strips and profiled materials by changing different die heads and auxiliary machine parts.
Foaming net products are made from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) as raw materials, butane gas (or LPG) as a foaming agent, monoglycerine (GMS) as an anti-shrinkage agent as well as other auxiliary materials.
1 ton of raw materials plus butane gas and auxiliary materials can produce more than 1 ton of products. 36 hours of production can make one ton of raw material, the profit is quite good.
Production reasons: Uneven feeding, damaged or poorly lubricated main motor bearings, malfunctioning or non heating of a certain section of the heater, incorrect screw adjustment pad or phase, component interference.
Solution: Check if each heater is working properly, replace the heater if necessary, check the adjustment pad, pull out the screw to check for any interference, inspect the feeder, troubleshoot, repair the main motor, and replace the bearings if necessary.
Polyethylene foam cotton is a non crosslinked closed cell structure, also known as EPE pearl cotton, which is a new environmentally friendly packaging material. It is composed of countless independent bubbles generated by physical foaming of low-density polyethylene grease. Overcoming the shortcomings of ordinary foam adhesive, such as fragility, deformation, and poor recovery.
