By melting thermoplastics like PE or PP and pushing them through a rotating die, it creates strong, flexible nets without traditional knots-ideal for packaging, agriculture, and aquaculture applications.
How the Knotless Net Making Machine Works
Extrusion & Forming: Raw plastic pellets are melted in the extruder and forced through a special circular die head to form a tubular or flat mesh structure.
Stretching & Cooling: The net passes through a hot water tank for stretching to enhance strength, followed by a cooling water tank to stabilize its shape.
Traction & Winding: An inverter-driven traction unit pulls the net at a synchronized speed before it is automatically wound into rolls or cut to length.
