Unlike a sewing or knitting machine, this knotless net extrusion machine for shower ball has no knots, no yarn, no weaving; molten LDPE/PP is pushed through a rotating die head, stretched, water-cooled, and wound as roll stock at 10–60 m/min, giving a smooth, low-abrasion mesh that lathers well and dries fast. For bath product factories in Turkey, Egypt, India, Vietnam, and Brazil, it replaces costly imported pouf net rolls with in-house production.
How the Line Works
Feeding & melting – LDPE/PP pellets (+ masterbatch for color) are screw-plasticized in a 45–80 mm extruder (L/D 25:1, 38CrMoAlA nitrided screw).
Rotary die forming – Melt enters a high-speed spinning annular die; centrifugal force opens the melt into diamond or square mesh, tube or flat.
Stretch & cool – Hot mesh passes a sizing sleeve, then stainless steel water tank for constant-temperature cooling and cell stabilization.
Pull & wind – Inverter haul-off with tension control draws the net; double-position winder collects rolls; optional automatic cutter makes fixed-length sleeves for manual pouf assembly.
