The single machine foaming process adopted by Longkou Shanhe Plastic Industry EPE foaming net machine uses butane as the foaming agent. The electrical control system of the net machine equipment is stable, and the explosion-proof motor and variable frequency speed control are energy-saving, safe and stable. The temperature control system realizes intelligent digital display control and is equipped with cooling circulating water to directly cool the barrel, providing more accurate temperature control and more sensitive response.
