Introduction to the operation of the knotless extruder
1. Power on preparation
-Check whether the raw materials (plastic pellets) are dry and free of impurities.
-Confirm that the machine head, screw, and temperature control system are normal, and that the temperature settings for each section are correct (according to material requirements).
2. Preheat and raise the temperature
-Start the heating system and raise the temperature of each section of the machine head and body to the set temperature (usually 180-250 ℃ for PP/PE), and keep it warm for 15-30 minutes.
3. Start extrusion
-Start the motor at low speed and observe whether the screw speed is stable.
-Slowly feed and discharge old materials or impurities with low initial flow rate.
4. Adjust the process
-Adjust the screw speed and traction speed to make the mesh thickness uniform.
-Check the mesh forming effect and adjust the temperature or pressure if necessary.
5. Normal production
-Monitor temperature and current fluctuations to ensure no abnormal vibration or noise.
-Regularly sample and inspect the quality of the mesh surface (without broken wires, clumps, etc.).
6. Shutdown operation
-Stop feeding and empty the remaining materials in the machine.
-After cooling down to below 100 ℃, turn off the power and clean the machine head
