The EPE Foam Rose Flower Net Machine is a specialized EPE foam net extrusion line designed to produce soft, elastic, and lightweight foam sleeves for rose buds, cut roses, carnations, and other delicate flowers. By converting LDPE resin with a physical blowing agent into expanded polyethylene netting, this machine creates the classic "rose bud sleeve net" that holds petals in a semi-open state, prevents bruising during picking, grading, and long-distance transport, and extends the commercial shelf life of flowers.
